Tango Feast

1. The Right of Admission is Reserved.

2. The promoter does not accept responsibility for lost or stolen property.

3. By purchasing a ticket and entering to the festival, Tango Feast, you consent to filming, sound recording and photography as a member of the audience and such material may be used for commercial or non-commercial use.

Personal photographic equipment for non-commercial use is permitted.

Anyone of the participant using cameras or filming equipment (including all mobile devices) you are expected to be courteous to their fellow festival attendees and ask permission before taking any up close shots.

4. You enter the festival site and car parks at your own risk. The organisers shall not be held liable for any loss, damage or injury of any kind.

5. The organisers reserve the right to alter the line-up of artists, Teaches, DJs, performing artist without prior notification.

6. The organisers reserve the right to search all persons on entry to the festival site. Knives, fireworks or any item in the absolute discretion of the organisers which are considered to be a risk to the safety of the audience are prohibited.

7.Behaviour
Tango Feast and venue staff and volunteers deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. All participants are expected to behave in an appropriate manner so as not to interfere with the enjoyment of fellow participants and should at all times comply with any instructions given by our staff. The organisers have the right to refuse access or remove any person who does not comply with the above.

Behaviour that makes anyone feel threatened or unsafe is not welcome and will not be tolerated at our event. We will not tolerate harassment of any kind.

8. Complaints and Reporting
If someone or something makes you feel uncomfortable or unsafe, no matter how minor it may seem, let us know.  You can report it to any member of our team by asking to speak to Fernando. He will then take your report and investigate.

The promoter and or organizers reserve the right to admission into any Tango Feast, which make take health, safety and security concerns into account at their reasonable discretion.

The organizers would advise customers holding either Ticket type that absolutely no refunds will be offered to customers who are refused entry or ejected from a venue on account declining to be searched, abusive, threatening, drunken or other antisocial behaviour, carrying of weapons of illegal substances, or making unauthorised audio, video o photographic recording.

9. Cancelation
If the festival is cancelled, the organisers shall not be liable for any costs or expenses incurred by the ticket holder, including but not limited to, accommodation or transport costs or any direct or indirect losses or damage of whatever kind.

Under 18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult

10. Tickets are not transferrable or refundable.
In case you are not able to attend please contact us and depending of the circumstances we will inform you what are the options that we can offer you at our own discretion.

11. Health and Safety,
The organizer will reduce, the organisers will not take any responsibility for members of the public or participants getting contagious illness between them. However if we notice that someone is not feeling well, or have an illness that could be pass to others, with the best of discretion, the organizers will advice to leave the premisses and return when you are feeling better for the best of all of us.
